Book a Latex Photographer in Zurich — How an Enquiry Works

Many of my clients hesitate before the first enquiry. Not because of uncertainty about the shoot itself — but uncertainty about the process. How does it work? What do I write? What happens next?

Here is the exact process.

What I want to know: who you are, what you are planning, and when you are available. Three sentences are enough. No complex forms, no bureaucratic process.

I respond personally, usually within 24 hours.

After the first message we clarify together: What should the shoot show? Studio or location? Which package fits? Are there special wishes?

This is not a sales conversation. It is a brief introduction. I want to understand who you are before suggesting a date.

When everything aligns, we propose a date. After confirmation you receive the pre-shoot briefing — a short questionnaire that helps me prepare the shoot optimally.

• Studio appointments in Zurich available at shorter notice
• Location shoots ideally 4-6 weeks in advance

Ideally 2-4 weeks in advance. For the Switzerland Experience or Luxury Journey package I recommend 4-6 weeks so location and logistics can be planned carefully.

Last-minute enquiries are possible — if the schedule allows, we find a solution.

Herrschwartz works across Switzerland. Basel, Bern, Lucerne, historic castles in Aargau and Thurgau, alpine locations. Travel time is included in the price.
